As a result of our listing on Euronext Amsterdam, ARCADIS is obliged to prepare rules to prevent the use of insider knowledge by its directors, employees, and so-called "insiders". The rules are included in the Regulations regarding transactions in ARCADIS securities.

In line with these Regulations, annually so called ‘closed periods’ are determined. During these periods directors and insiders are prevented from trading irrespective of having insider knowledge.

Closed periods in 2012:

Monday 9 January up until and including Sunday 26 February 2012

Wednesday 11 April up until and including Tuesday 8 May 2012
Thursday 5 July up until and including Wednesday 1 August 2012
Thursday 4 October up until and including Wednesday 31 October 2012
