Starting today, May 16, 2008, the three for one stock split of ARCADIS shares has become effective.
As a result of this change, the stock price information on the ARCADIS website and on sites of financial information providers may temporarily deviate from normal patterns as the historical comparison could be distorted.

ARCADIS is listed on Euronext under the symbol ARCAD.
