2. What are the financial targets of ARCADIS? ARCADIS has formulated the following targets for the mid to long term:
- average annual gross revenue growth 15%, half of which is organic;
- operational margin 10% (recurring EBITA as a
percentage of net revenue);
- average annual growth of earnings per share of 15% based on net income from operations and present financing structure;
- return on invested capital: 15%.
