Lot 2 comprises the stretch between km 24,689 and km 26,152 of the section Ana Rosa/Sacomã, of Line 2. This section includes the following subsections:

• Tunnels between km 24,689 and the trench (included) located in the west side of the Imigrantes Station;
• Sepaco Ventilation Shaft;
• Trench from the tunnel untill the railroad viaduct located in the west side of the Imigrantes Station;
• Railroad viaduct between the trench and the west headboard of the Imigrantes Station;
• Imigrantes Station;
• Trench between the east entrance of the Imigrantes Station untill the tunnel portal;
• Tunnel between the trench and km 26,152;
• Ventilation shaft and emergency exit Coronel Domingos Ferreira.

For this project, the Companhia do Metropolitano de São Paulo (C.M.S.P., public subway company of the city of São Paulo), contracted in a Design & Construct contract the contractor Companhia Brasileira de Projetos e Obras - (CBPO). ARCADIS Enerconsult carried out the design and architecture of Lot 2 of this contract.

Elaboration of the Architecture and Engineering pre-detailed design (basic) including:

• perspectives and presentation drawings; descriptive and justificative notes issuing the design criteria;
• structural design and calculation and bill of quantities for materials and services;
• development of construction methods;
• reallocation of the interferences (cables, traffic, etc.); 
• road system;
• stability studies of tunnels, shafts and trenches excavations;
• foundations;
• drainage;
• systems and instrumentation;
• waterproofings;
• concrete and steel structures;
• geotechnical report of the interpretation about soil investigations and tests analyzing the massive behavior (strength and deformation) according to the constructive methods of excavation, the foundation type to be adopted as well as the behavior of the bordering buildings.
